Fury is a medium maturing hot pepper hybrid falling in the Indian/Thai-class. The plants can tolerate high temperatures and have intermediate resistance to Buckeye-fruit and root rot (Pc). The medium-tall plants are strong and have the potential to produce very high yields of small to medium-sized fruit (7 – 10 x 1.0 – 1.3 cm). Fury’s smooth, thin-walled, pendent fruit is dark green in the immature green stage and turns to a very attractive, deep red colour when mature ripe. Fruit can be marketed fresh, dried or pickled.
