Gouti produces a very strong and vigorous plant, with good leaf coverage protecting pods and flowers. The pods are of good quality, light to medium green in colour with good gel structure and quality. Gouti is well suited as a fresh market as well as pre-packing bean with an average pod length of 13 cm. Gouti has high resistance to Bean common mosaic virus (BCMV), Anthracnose (Cl:55), Halo blight (Psp:2) and intermediate resistance to Rust (Ua:90).
