CONDITIONS OF SALE:  Neither the seller nor Sakata, nor the producer give any warranty, either express or implied for any products, whether seed or otherwise offered or sold by them.  Orders are accepted and seed and other products supplied on the express condition that neither the seller, nor Sakata, nor the producer will be held responsible in any way for any crop, defect or failure or any loss or damage of whatsoever nature, whether direct or consequential, arising therefrom. If any delivery of seed etc. is not accepted on these conditions it must be RETURNED IMMEDIATELY, when any payment made for it to us will be promptly refunded.
