Da Vinci* is a new indeterminate saladette tomato characterised by a very good fruit set and uniform fruit size. Da Vinci* has high resistance toVerticillium wilt race 1 (Vd: 1), Fusarium wilt races 1, 2 and 3 (Fol: 1 – 3) and intermediate resistance to Tomato yellow leaf curl (TYLCV) and Tomato spotted wilt (TSWV). Da Vinci* has a very good shelf life. The strong vigour of the plants tends to make it less susceptible to common leaf diseases under circumstances normally conducive to disease development. Da Vinci* can be grown under protection in shade net structures and in the open field. Da Vinci* also showed excellent tolerance against blossom-end rot.
