French Breakfast is a red radish that performs very well year-round.  Maturity is medium, around 25 – 30 days from sowing.  Roots are oblong in shape and have silky smooth shoulders and a refined tap root.  Roots have a scarlet red skin colour with white tips.  Yield potential is good.  Field holding is good and French Breakfast tolerates pithing well.  Foliage is medium to tall, healthy and dark green.  The delicate taste and texture are very good.  French Breakfast is used for quality bunching, salad packs and the pre-pack markets.
