RUNNER BEAN MORALEDA*

May 24, 2022 | General

There are many different segments of green beans on the market – differentiated not only by the way the pod looks, but also by the way the plant grows and sets the pods. Broadly – green beans can be divided (based on their growth habit) into bush beans and runner beans. Sakata distributes some of the best runner beans that are available on the market.

𝗥𝗨𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗥 𝗕𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗔* is one of them, and is used by some of our biggest vegetables growers as a rotational crop in their shade net structures since beans are considered one of the few nitrogen fixing crops that fits into a vegetable model.

Moraleda* is a vigorous growing variety with a very high yield potential. Trellising these beans will benefit you in the long run, since this is one of the most effective ways of keeping the crop healthy and resulting in a longer picking season.

Be sure to ask your area representative for more detailed information. To read more about Moraleda* visit our website: https://ecs.page.link/Q2WvY
