Matador – Bochum, Gemarke Village

Sep 8, 2021 | General

We are always very excited when we receive feedback like this from our growers. On the 15th of September this year, Mrs. Matome Cynthia harvested these beautiful heads of Matador. She is based in Bochum, Gemarke Village, and grows various vegetables including spinach, mustard, and butternuts along with cabbages. When compared to other varieties grown on her farm, Matador yielded bigger heads with better layering and a denser internal structure. Matador does take a little longer to mature, but the harvest is worth the wait. Well done on an excellent crop ladies!
