Carvora* has only recently been launched by Sakata and already this carrot has built up a reputation for itself. Carvora* has proofed itself again and again and is extremely versatile, as it is suitable for bunching, processing and due to its cylindrical shape and uniform size, it is a perfect carrot for pre-packing purposes. Carvora* has a high bolting tolerance and is not prone to producing green shoulders. Carvora’s* foliage is medium in height and is complemented with a strong leaf attachment, making it ideal for hand and mechanical harvesting. This picture of a Carvora* carrot field was taken in die Brits area in the North West Province.
