Sensei is a very early maturing Crimson Sweet watermelon hybrid with unbeatable internal quality, colour, and flavour. These photos were taken at BBV Boerdery near Citrusdal, Western Cape. Gawie Smit, the owner of the farm, was very happy with the yield that he obtained and with the size of the fruits.
He was also very impressed with the deep red, firm flesh and excellent taste of Sensei. Sensei is fast becoming very popular among retailers and processors in South Africa.
