El Capitan* is a triploid watermelon with an attractive dark Crimson Sweet rind pattern. The variety has excellent yield potential and has shown to have an extended shipping and field holding ability. Internal quality is excellent with a deep red, firm flesh, very small pip size and very good flavour. El Capitan* has high resistance to Fusarium races 0 and 1 (Fon:0,1).
