Tabaluga is a medium maturing Chinese cabbage specifically for the warmer time of year. Heads have a barrel shape with a good yellow interior colour that matures within 60 – 70 days after seedling transplant. Heads weigh between 0.8 and 2 kg depending on the plant population. Tabaluga is very adaptable and performs very well in all areas of South Africa. Exterior colour is a dark green colour and the leaves are glossy and very fine. Holding ability is good.
