Falcon is an excellent choice for growers interested in a heat tolerant hybrid beetroot variety. Falcon has exceptional vigour and is an early maturing variety suitable for year-round production in frost-free areas.  Falcon produces attractive, high quality, uniform, globe-shaped roots which are complemented with a small, refined crown and taproot, smooth skin and dark red external and internal root colour.  The vigorous, upright foliage is not prone to purpling in the cool growing season.  Falcon is suitable for the bunched, fresh, pre-pack and processing markets.

Processing/larger beetroot: 250 000 – 350 000 seeds per hectare
