Rhubarb is a red-veined swiss chard variety, mainly suitable for supermarkets. Leaves are medium to large, dark green with red stems. Very well adapted to the different climatic zones of South Africa. The contrast of red (stems) to green (leaf) makes for a very appealing end-product.
